All local participants 16 and under must have adult oversight at the conference. Parents must sign a form stating the name of the responsible adult in order for their child to attend. Please click HERE to download and print this form.

All international attendees under the age of 18 must have both parents sign a consent form. Those under 18 who do not present this form will not be allowed to attend. Please click HERE to download and print this form.

There will be a limited number of light sandwich meals, including a snack & bottle of water sold for lunch & dinner each day at the convention center. The cost will be 20 NIS each. There will also be a variety of food options available in the food court across the street at the Haifa mall.

Once again this year, we will be allowed to bring food & drink into the lobby area of the convention center from outside. So meals may be brought back to the lobby from the mall, or if it is helpful to bring something in a backpack from home, you may do that as well.

This year instead of having tents for local young people, we negotiated a price and blocked off rooms at a few more affordable hotels in Haifa which young adults or youth with appropriate oversight can reserve! If you would like to stay in these hotels please contact them SOON using the information listed below.

  • The cost is 110-150 NIS per night including breakfast to be paid directly to the hotel.
  • There will be buses provided morning and night to the conference starting Saturday night
  • You will need to tell the hotel you are with ELAV 2014 & have a valid credit card to reserve a room
  • If you are under 18 you must be accompanied by a parent, youth leader or responsible adult as the conference will not provide oversight at the hotels.
  • The discounted price is only if you register before May 28TH!!!!!

Please contact Loui M hotel at 077-542-2909 to make your reservation. You can view the hotel at www.louihotelhaifa.com

After May 28th, all unreserved rooms will be dropped & unavailable at the reduced rates we have negotiated (they may still be available at the normal rate).

The contact information provided is for the least expensive accommodation. There are 80 beds available at this location, & when these are taken, we will post the next hotel with available beds.

Again, PLEASE REGISTER FOR HOUSING SOON – MAY 28TH is the deadline for reduced rates & the beds will be given on a first come first serve basis!

If you live within reasonable driving distance and can arrange to come & go each day it would be appreciated and helpful to others who live farther away.

Also, if you really want to come but, with the help of your family & congregation, are still not able to afford the lodging cost, please contact us through the “Questions” part of the site, & we will do our best to help!

For those coming from abroad, we strongly suggest you use www.booking.com to find your preferred accommodation.
